In this role, he will oversee and advise on all aspects of strategic focus, direction and execution while encouraging a culture of innovation.

The firm says that Rust takes great pride in providing high-value service to his clients and acting in a strategic planning role for his business management clients and as an advocate for his royalty and profit participation clients.

His expertise is in several areas of the entertainment industry, working on behalf of recording artists, songwriters, music publishers, entertainers and executives. His specialties include royalty and profit participation examinations, copyright and intellectual property valuations, financial due diligence, licensing examinations and business management.

Prager Metis CPAs Acquires M Moskowitz and Company

New York-based Prager Metis CPAs (FY18 net revenue of $98.2 million) has combined with M Moskowitz and Company of River Edge, N.J. Michael Moskowitz has been admitted as a partner.

New York-based Prager Metis (FY18 net revenue of $98.2 million) has combined with LFL Veritas of Teaneck, N.J.

LFL Veritas provides tax, accounting, auditing, planning and consulting services for professionals and executives, entrepreneurs and business owners in various industries, and retired and high-net-worth individuals. Rich Feld and Jay Levine will be joining Prager Metis as partners, and Karen Whitaker will be joining Prager Metis as a principal.

New York-based Prager Metis (FY18 net revenue of $98.2 million) announced it has acquired Frank & Company of McLean, Va.

The combination will expand Prager Metis’ presence into the Washington, D.C., area. Robert Frank, Marnette Myers and Matthew Frank will join Prager Metis and be admitted as partners. Scott Davis will join as principal. Frank & Company will remain in their office located at 1360 Beverly Road.

Prager Metis has combined the New York and the Mid-Atlantic Regions to form the new Northeast Region. As MP for the Northeast Region, Roth provides leadership and guidance to partners and team members. Prior to this new role, Roth was the MP of the Mid-Atlantic Region, which she has grown tremendously in the last four years.
