Allinial Global Taps Mark Koziel as New President and CEO

Allinial Global has selected Mark Koziel as its new president and CEO. Well known and highly regarded within the profession, Koziel was selected from a field of more than 100 qualified candidates to take over the top role in the organization from the retiring Terry Snyder effective Aug. 1.

Koziel is currently finishing his tenure as executive vice president of firm services at the AICPA.

Allinial Global Welcomes U.S. Virgin Islands Firm

Allinial Global, the association of independent accounting and consulting firms, has admitted new member firm Rodney & Associates of Christiansted, U.S. Virgin Islands.

The firm offers a broad range of services, from basic tax management and accounting to more in-depth audits, financial statements and financial planning. It serves individuals and businesses in a variety of industries.

Allinial Global Launches New Program to Help Small Firms Grow

The accounting association Allinial Global has launched a new division for early stage or entrepreneurial smaller firms, called AG AdvantEdge.

This new division will help members scale up operations to compete more effectively with larger firms. Resources include technical tools, learning and development options, and networking opportunities. AG AdvantEdge also allows peers to share best practices, technical expertise and information on operational and management issues from larger Allinial Global firms.

Baker Tilly France Joins Allinial Global

International association, Allinial Global welcomed Baker Tilly France as a member.

Currently, Baker Tilly France is in the process of completing its withdrawal from Baker Tilly International. As part of this transition, it will be rebranding itself as Walter France and bringing 35 of its 36 member firms along to Allinial Global.

Offering expertise in accounting, audit, tax and business consulting services, Baker Tilly France serves a variety of clients ranging from individuals and small family firms to the largest multinational companies in France and beyond.
