Richmond, Va.-based Mitchell Wiggins has announced the admission of Carman Faison to the partnership group.

Faison joined Mitchell Wiggins in 2005 after working in the commercial finance industry. She specializes in working with financial institutions, auto dealerships, nonprofits and closely held businesses.

John (Dean) Williams joined Richmond, Va.-based Mitchell Wiggins & Company (FY16 net revenue of $7.9 million) as tax director.

Williams is responsible for providing firmwide leadership of the tax department including tax strategy, business and tax planning, tax audits and tax accounting. He specializes in business tax needs, estate, trust and gift tax returns, in addition to individual income tax returns.

Throughout his career, Williams has provided comprehensive tax and wealth management planning for high net worth individuals and families.

Mitchell Wiggins Admits Two Partners

Richmond, Va.-based Mitchell Wiggins (FY16 net revenue of $7.9 million) admitted Lea Rasmussen and Melissa Sikes as partners.

Rasmussen has more than 16 years of professional experience and has aided many nonprofit clients with improving the process of tracking gifts and helping them understand the financial reporting aspect of such transactions.

Sikes has more than 17 years of professional experience. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in many industries including health care, manufacturing, nonprofit and financial institutions to the firm.
