Salina, Kan.-based K·Coe Isom (FY17 net revenue of $63.8 million) promoted four to principals: Jeanne Bernick, Danielle McCormick, Justin Mentele and Chris Pfannenstiel.

Bernick leads the firm’s market and growth strategies in food and agriculture, managing the needs of large commercial producers. She specializes in the future of family businesses, helping them to optimize, grow and transition their legacy businesses.

McCormick serves as the functional leader for the HR external consultancy team. She provides the service and product development for K·Coe Isom customers needing organizational services. McCormick has experience in leading HR teams and providing culture and compliance solutions, as well as providing succession, executive coaching, performance, talent and recruitment guidance.

Justin Mentele

Justin Mentele

Mentele has experience with closely-held manufacturers and biofuels companies working in all facets of their business, from tax and audit to compliance and entity structuring. He has experience in finding solutions for clients’ unique scenarios and issues.

Pfannenstiel delivers specialized tax, financial and estate planning for agriculture producers in Kansas, Oklahoma, Ohio and Indiana. He has experience in sustaining and creating client relationships, contributing to business growth, and the mentorship and development of his team.
