Prager Metis Relocates New Jersey Office

New York-based Prager Metis CPAs (FY16 net revenue of $60.8 million) has relocated one of its New Jersey offices from Morganville, N.J., to Cranbury, N.J. This coincides with the acquisition of The Bernknopf Group.

Steven Bernknopf and his team will continue to operate out of the new Cranbury location. In addition, several Prager Metis partners and staff members will be relocating to the new office space.

Michael Aroyo will be relocating to Cranbury and will serve as the OMP. He will be working closely with regional MP of New Jersey, Lori Roth, to continue to grow the firm’s New Jersey presence. His key responsibilities will include growth, profitability, management, leadership, organization and personnel. He will also continue to be co-chair of the audit department for the firm.

Aroyo specializes in a full range of audit and accounting services as well as consulting services. This includes more than 30 years of experience in various industries, including professional services, closely held businesses, media and entertainment, private wealth, real estate and employee benefit plans.

“The Prager Metis presence in New Jersey has expanded significantly in the last few years and we simply had to find larger office space to accommodate the increase in both our staff and client base,” says Roth. “The fact that we have outgrown our current location is a clear indication of both our continued growth and our commitment to the New Jersey business and individual community.”
