Herbein + Company Admits Four New Partners

Reading, Va.-based Herbein + Company has admitted four partners, Josh Pollet, Craig Mengel, Randall Raifsnider and David Cordier.

Pollet began his career as an intern with the firm and joined the audit department in 2005. Pollet manages the audits of several of the firm’s largest clients. He works primarily within the dairy, food, cooperatives and manufacturing industries.

Mengel specializes in working with owners of privately held businesses with a focus on coordinating the accounting, tax and business consulting needs of clients. He manages all aspects of client relationships including financial statement preparation, tax compliance and planning as well as business advisory services. Mengel has an emphasis in construction, manufacturing and distribution, and business services including various professional services industries.

Raifsnider is a leader within the management advisory services group with experience in industries such as food and agricultural, manufacturing, services and entertainment. He also has experience in quality of earnings reports, cash flow forecasts, operational analysis, fairness opinions and business valuations.

Cordier, the manager of the Allison Park, Pa., office, joined Herbein in 2003 and was named senior manager in 2011. He advises corporations and partnerships on tax-related issues and has specialized knowledge in multi-state taxation, especially in manufacturing and service sectors of industry.
