Neal Named Cherry Bekaert Chief Human Resources Officer

Richmond, Va.-based Cherry Bekaert (FY16 net revenue of $164.2 million) has announced that Stephanie Neal has been named the firm’s new chief human resources officer.

Neal brings to Cherry Bekaert more than 20 years of human resources experience. In her new role, she will help improve organizational strategy, develop operational effectiveness and elevate team performance.

In addition, Neal will offer proactive solutions and sound practices that support the firm’s strategic growth. Throughout Neal’s career, she has consulted with companies nationwide in the professional services, health care, manufacturing, service/retail, telecommunication, education and nonprofit sectors. She has provided operational solutions involving talent development, compensation and total rewards, ethics and integrity practices, employment regulatory compliance, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining the firm, Neal spent six years at the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA, Inc.), serving most recently as hospital system vice president, human resources with HCA Virginia.
