Elliott Davis Decosimo Names New Chief HR Officer

Greenville, S.C.-based Elliott Davis Decosimo (FY16 net revenue of $122.7 million) has promoted Rachael Oswald to chief human resources officer.

She is now a member of the firm’s executive management team that leads and strategically manages human resources for the firm under the direction of the executive committee and MP Rick Davis.

In her new role, Oswald will oversee all facets of the firm’s talent development, performance management, recruiting and benefits administration. She will work toward enhancing performance, productivity and learning.

Davis says, “Her experience and ability to develop and retain talent in a cutting-edge, high-performance environment will be essential to helping us foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, which is making a positive impact on our people and our clients.”

Prior to joining Elliott Davis Decosimo, she was director of human resources for a growing pharmaceutical company, where she managed the development of training programs, recruitment of top talent, career development and performance management of all employees. She will be based in the firm’s Greenville, S.C., office.

Oswald succeeds Bob Wilson, who has been appointed as the firm’s shareholder development officer.
