Charlotte, N.C.-based Dixon Hughes Goodman (FY15 of $394 million) recently announced changes in the company’s upper management structure.
Kent Satterfield is now the chairman of DHG’s Executive Committee, replacing Ken Hughes, who retired in May. Mike Crawford is COO and Tricia Wilson is regional MP of the Carolinas region.
“My predecessors have shaped our mission and values and helped guide us to where we are today,” Satterfield says in a statement. “I congratulate Mike and Tricia on their new roles, and I look forward to working alongside them, our leadership team, and our partners as we continue to build valuable careers with our people and help our clients achieve their goals.”
Satterfield has been with DHG for 33 years. Prior to assuming his role as chairman, he served as COO.
“DHG has successfully built a pipeline of leaders to anticipate future needs within the firm and continuously work to develop the next generation of leaders,” Matt Snow, DHG’s CEO, says. “Each of these partners has demonstrated success in all aspects of leadership.”
DHG employs more than 2,000 people in 12 states.
