Southfield, Mich.-based Plante Moran (FY15 net revenue of $465.7 million) announce that Brian Morgan has joined the firm as a partner in its tax solutions group.
Morgan, who will work from the firm’s Chicago office, specializes in bringing accounting, tax, financial and business advisory solutions to a broad array of industry and specialty areas within the middle-market and large enterprises. He works with privately owned businesses, private equity firms and public companies — acting as a financial advisor and leading organizations through all phases of their life cycles.
“We’re thrilled to have Brian join our firm,” says Tom Kinder, Plante Moran’s Chicago MP. “He has a strong ability to guide business leaders through complex tax and finance challenges, helping them start, grow or sell their companies.”
Prior to joining Plante Moran, Morgan was a regional tax leader at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, where he managed the firm’s Chicago tax practice.
