Mauldin & Jenkins Partners Announce Retirement

Terry Henderson, Casey Stuart, David Holt and Larry Eddlemon will retire from Atlanta-based Mauldin & Jenkins LLC (FY15 net revenue of $46.4 million). After more than a collective 140 years of service, they are moving on to the next stage in their lives and their careers.

Industries served include wholesale distribution, real estate development and management, contractors, manufacturing and long-term health care. During his 39 years at Mauldin & Jenkins, Henderson was also the Macon, Ga., office PIC for more than 20 years.

Stuart – His experience covers many industries and types of business entities. He has spent a significant portion of his career serving financial institutions.

Holt – Holt has assisted and advised commercial clients in business formations, acquisitions and liquidations and has worked with individual tax clients in income tax planning, estate planning and general financial planning. He also has extensive experience in resolving federal and state tax examination issues for clients of the firm.

Eddlemon – His areas of expertise are in taxation of financial institutions, real estate entities, manufacturing companies and automobile dealerships.
