Harrison, N.Y.-based O’Connor Davies (FY14 net revenue of $108 million) announced it has merged with Flackman Goodman and Potter (FGP) of Ridgewood, N.J.
The firm specializes in transaction advisory services for private equity funds, strengthening O’Connor Davies’ capacity to advise investors on their merger and acquisition activities, the firm announced.
