Brown Smith Wallace Merges in Bergman Schraier & Co.

St. Louis-based Brown Smith Wallace (FY14 net revenue of $32.4 million) is merging in Bergman Schraier & Co. in Creve Coeur, Mo., effective Jan. 1.

With the addition of the 18 Bergman Schraier & Co. employees, along with the hiring of 13 other professionals, Brown Smith Wallace will have 280 employees and roughly $40 million in revenue, the firm announced. The firm was named an IPA 100 firm this year.

We found that Brown Smith Wallace most closely shared our core values.”
