Armanino Further Expands into Southern California

San Ramon, Calif.-based Armanino (FY14 net revenue of $129.5 million), with eight offices across the country, has announced an agreement with LaRue, Corrigan, McCormick & Teasdale (LCMT) of Woodland Hills, Calif., to join together effective Jan. 1.

The agreement will create an office location in the San Fernando Valley, and brings Armanino’s talent and expertise to better serve clients in the region while allowing local employees more options to work where they live.

“The team at LaRue, Corrigan, McCormick & Teasdale has been a professional pillar in the San Fernando Valley for nearly 25 years and we can’t think of a better group of professionals to partner with,” says Andy Armanino, MP of Armanino LLP. “We see a lot of ways that together we can drive growth opportunities and business strategies for their sophisticated client base with a wider range of solutions.”

LCMT clients will now have access to Armanino’s accounting and business management solutions that focus on complex corporate returns, international tax, R&D credits, family office, estate planning, M&A preparedness and expanded audit expertise to help at every stage of business. Armanino also offers a full suite of technology consulting services.

“The highly personalized approach we bring to each client will remain, but now we will have the ability to tap into more resources to provide breadth of expertise to each engagement,” says Ken Teasdale, partner at LCMT. LCMT will keep its Woodland Hills office. Clients will continue to work with the same partners and staff without disruption.
