EisnerAmper Admits 7 New Partners, Principals

New York-based EisnerAmper (FY15 net revenue of $284 million) announced that it has admitted seven new partners and principals, each a well-established professional with many years of experience serving clients and enhancing the firm’s reputation.

They are: Eric Diamond, David Helprin, Stephanie Hines, Elena Newman, Claudia Osmar, Craig Ter Boss and Lauren Tomlinson.

Diamond specializes in serving both public and private company clients across many markets including real estate, and technology. He has more than 15 years of public accounting experience working on a broad array of engagements including business combination valuations, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, IPOs, debt offerings and REIT compliance, among many others.

Helprin is a tax consulting and compliance specialist whose focus is on alternative investment vehicles including private equity, hedge funds and fund of funds. He works closely with financial services firms advising on all aspects of tax planning strategies and compliance, and works closely with clients on the tax implications of various types of securities transactions including those involving offshore entities and incentive allocations.

Hines is a nationally recognized leader in providing planning and compliance for high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, specializing in the areas of personal and fiduciary income taxation, estate tax, gift and succession planning and transfer tax matters. She is a partner in the firm’s Personal Wealth Advisory practice.

Newman has more than 20 years of in-depth experience in the alternative finance industry and leads engagement teams with a primary focus on private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and funds of funds. Elena is a sought after speaker on risk assessment topics for the financial industry.

Osmar has extensive experience serving investment partnerships and companies, private equity funds, trusts and funds of funds. In addition to her audit and consulting engagements in the financial services industry, she also has significant due diligence and risk management expertise.   Ter Boss is a valuation expert with nearly 20 years of experience serving primarily alternative asset managers working in private equity, hedge funds and venture capital. His experience and skill set positions him as a specialist in fair value measurement issues.

Tomlinson leads engagements for major sports clients as well as broker-dealers and public companies. She has more than a decade’s experience assisting primarily public companies with their annual audits, reviews and registration statements. She is also the founder and leader of EisnerAmper Cares, the firm’s well-known community volunteer organization.
