Anton Collins Mitchell Expands Into Wyoming

Denver-based Anton Collins Mitchell LLP (FY14 net revenue of $14 million) is combining its practice with Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. of Laramie, Wyo., effective Jan. 1.

This is not the first merger for ACM in the past five years. ACM merged in a practice in Greeley, Colo., in 2010 and a Boulder, Colo., practice in 2012.

The staff in the Laramie office remains the same and will continue to be led by Mark Mader, Dennis Tschacher, Rolf Peterson and newly admitted partner Steve Blundell.

“We are continually looking for ways to provide more value to clients and increase our service offerings. Combining our practice with ACM allows us to bring a more sophisticated depth of service into our marketplace which we see as part of a larger value proposition,” says Mader.

ACM was formed in 2002. The firm has grown from three partners and 24 employees to 17 partners and 14 directors and over 140 employees.
