Eight Partner Admissions at EKS&H

Denver-based EKS&H (FY14 net revenue of $81.2 million) has admitted eight people to partner: Jeff Belair, Kelly Blaha, Jeff McPherson, Becky Potts, John Reeves, Mark Richards, Brian Rooney and Jeremy Wilson.

EKS&H CEO Bob Hottman says in a statement, “As practitioners, they have proven their value to countless clients, and, as colleagues, they demonstrate a collaborative approach to everyone in the firm.

 

Belair joined EKS&H in 2009 and helps lead the wealth advisory services practice. He assists high-net-worth individuals, including business executives and owners and their families, manage the numerous aspects of wealth accumulation and transfer.

Kelly Blaha

Kelly Blaha

 

Blaha joined EKS&H in 2009 after working for a Big 4 firm as well as several years in industry. She has industry expertise serving public and privately held businesses in several industries in natural resources, including oil and gas and midstream.

Jeff McPherson

Jeff McPherson

 

McPherson joined EKS&H in 2002 and provides tax consulting assistance to public, private equity, and privately held businesses operating primarily in the energy and mining sectors.

Becky Potts

Becky Potts

 

Potts joined EKS&H in 2006. She has expertise assisting public companies with SEC filings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary public offerings (SPOs), reverse mergers, and complex financing transactions.

John Reeves

 

Reeves joined EKS&H in 2003 and serves both public and private clients in the oil and gas industry. He offers clients expertise related to partnerships as well as corporate and individual taxation.

Mark Richards

Richards joined EKS&H through the Infolink Consulting acquisition in 2014 and offers clients more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including application development (SDLC), application support, database administration, data modeling, system migration, enterprise reporting (BI), and data integration.

Brian Rooney

Brian Rooney

 

Rooney joined EKS&H in 2006 and helps lead the audit service area. He specializes in financial reporting, public offerings and private placements, SEC filings, stock-based compensation arrangements, derivatives, warrants, and inventory.

Jeremy Wilson

Wilson joined EKS&H in 2007 and serves the strategic tax needs of primarily privately held business clients. Clients look to him for his expertise on partnership allocations, target capital, and like-kind exchanges.
