Leadership Positions Announced at Bober Markey Fedorovich

Akron, Ohio-based Bober Markey Fedorovich (BMF) announces three key leadership promotions at the firm:

Steve Swann, named partner, transaction advisory services, valuation and litigation support – Since joining the firm in 2005 as a senior manager in its transaction advisory services group, Swann has conducted financial due diligence, valuations and other consultation engagements for buyers and investors from private equity groups, public companies, development groups and subordinated debt lenders.

Tod Wagner named MP of BMF’s Cleveland office – Wagner joined BMF as part of last year’s merger with Cleveland-based firm Libman, Goldstine, Kopperman & Wolf. In this new role, Wagner will work closely with Richard C. Fedorovich, CEO and MP, focusing on continued growth and expansion of the Cleveland office. Wagner has served as a tax partner in the Cleveland office, bringing more than 20 years of experience to middle market businesses and their owners.

Karyn Sullivan named COO, a new role for the firm – Since joining BMF in 1992, Sullivan has worked for the firm as an audit senior manager and most recently, director of marketing and business development. In this new role, Sullivan will continue to oversee marketing and business development efforts for BMF, while working alongside Fedorovich in assuming additional firm management and operational duties.
