Terry’s expertise broadens the firm’s financial due diligence capabilities. A former partner at Grant Thornton and Deloitte, he has more than 20 years of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience with private equity and corporate acquirers, as well as know-how in sell-side due diligence, which is the fastest-growing aspect of transaction services.

Gumm, meanwhile, was hired as director. Joining Moss Adams from PwC, Gumm brings more than 14 years of M&A tax experience to the firm, including buy- and sell-side tax due diligence, tax structuring, Section 382 net operating loss issues, and drafting of tax opinion letters.
