Frazier & Deeter Expands Process, Risk & Governance Practice

Atlanta-based Frazier & Deeter (FY14 net revenue of $61.6 million) continues to expand its process, risk & governance (PRG) practice, with additional team members named in Nashville, Tenn., and Tampa, Fla.

Frazier & Deeter’s PRG practice delivers risk management services including Service Organization Control (SOC) attestation; internal and IT audit, SOX compliance and additional advisory services designed to evaluate the reliability and design of a company’s internal policies, processes and procedures.

“Our PRG practice has grown dramatically over the past few years and the additional resources in our Nashville and Tampa markets will help us better serve our national client base,” says Seth McDaniel, MP of Frazier & Deeter.

“We have seen a substantial increase in demand for SOC 2 attestation services and internal controls assessments. This demand is driven by the renewed focus on cyber security in the wake of large-scale, high-profile data breaches at Anthem, Sony and Target,” says Sabrina Serafin, partner and national practice leader of Frazier & Deeter’s PRG practice. “Companies of all sizes and complexity have recognized the need to be very thorough in understanding and managing risks associated with data security.”
