Baldwin CPAs Merges with Eldridge Jackson & Leedy PLLC

Richmond, Kent.-based Baldwin CPAs has merged with Eldridge Jackson & Leedy PLLC of Flemingsburg, Ky. The combined firm will retain the Baldwin CPAs name. The merger will add 11 employees, including three partners, to Baldwin CPAs for a total of 39 Baldwin employees.

Baldwin CPAs provides accounting, tax planning, business valuation and a variety of other services to businesses and individuals in central Kentucky.

The merger was effective June 1 and the firm will maintain offices in Richmond, Flemingsburg, Louisville, Maysville and Lexington, Ky.
