McGladrey Announces Three New Members to Board of Directors

Chicago-based McGladrey LLP (FY14 net revenue of $1.5 billion) announced three new board directors to a four-year term that began Dec. 1. The new members include Christi Mack, Tony Urban and Joel Shamon.

“We are pleased to welcome Christi, Tony and Joel to our board of directors,” says Craig Radke, chairman of the board at McGladrey. “They each have a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing our middle market clients. And their strategic insights will help ensure the continued success of our clients and, as a result, of McGladrey.”

Mack is an assurance partner and located in McGladrey’s Minneapolis office. She currently serves as the central region assurance leader and is a member of the firm’s regional leadership team.

Urban is a tax partner in the firm’s SALT practice and is located in the Charlotte, N.C., office. He is currently the national leader of the SALT practice, as well as tax location leader for the firm’s Omaha and Lincoln, Neb., offices.

Shamon is an assurance partner and located in the Boston office. He serves as the northeast region assurance leader, is a member of the regional leadership team, serves as the Boston office assurance leader and is a member of the local leadership team.

Continuing board members include Joe Adams, Ed Bartak, Donna Sciarappa, Bob Jacobson, Tom Ferreira, Jamie Woell, Craig Radke, Brian Becker, Tom Beneventi, Marty Brunk, Phyllis Deiso and Hussain Hasan.
