Lutz Mergers & Acquisitions Expands Client Services with Acquisition

Lutz M&A (FY14 of net revenue of $27.1 million) of Omaha, Neb., has acquired mergers and acquisition advisors Corporate Ventures, also of Omaha. The deal is expected to expand service capabilities for business owners seeking first-class M&A advisory services, the firms announced.

According to Bill Kenedy, business consulting shareholder at Lutz, “The acquisition of Corporate Ventures creates significant opportunity for Lutz M&A to provide business owners the highest level of expertise in all areas throughout its corporate transition.”

Brad Lehl, vice president of Corporate Ventures, has joined the Lutz M&A team. He brings 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance to Lutz. Kenedy says, “Brad’s significant experience is a valuable asset to the division and enhances the successful relationships we’ve established with our clients and provides additional business transition services to non-clients.”

Serving small and mid-market businesses, Lutz M&A works with strategic buyers and private equity firms from around the country for larger-value businesses and identifies qualified, potential buyers from the Omaha area for smaller businesses.
