HoganTaylor Announces Merger with HCA

Tulsa, Okla.-based HoganTaylor LLP (FY13 net revenue of $26 million) announced a merger agreement with Hart, Chandler & Associates PLLC (HCA) of Little Rock, Ark., which became effective Jan. 1, when HCA began doing business as HoganTaylor LLP. HCA has served the Little Rock business community for more than 30 years and provides tax, audit and accounting services.

“Our Fayetteville office has been very successful and it has been our strategic goal to enter Little Rock to better serve our Arkansas-based clients. This merger with HCA is a great cultural fit that will allow us to launch new service offerings to our wonderful clients, ” says Randy Nail, CEO of HoganTaylor. “We’re excited that HCA has joined forces with HoganTaylor and we’re looking forward to getting more involved in the Little Rock business community.”

“The opportunity to merge with a nationally recognized firm like HoganTaylor will be of great benefit to our business community,” says Blake Chandler, former HCA principal. “Expanding our outreach will result in additional service and industry expertise for existing and new clients and also bring greater career opportunities for current and future employees.”

HoganTaylor announced another merger in late 2014 with Hartog Kallenberger & Swarthout PLLC. The HCA merger brings HoganTaylor’s total number of personnel to approximately 210, which includes 30 partners.
