Friedman LLP Names Greenberg And Berk Co-MPs; Four Partners Admitted

New York-based Friedman LLP (FY13 net revenue of $72.6 million) announced that Harriet Greenberg and Frederick Berk have been appointed as the firm’s co-MPs. Bruce Madnick, who served as Friedman’s MP for more than 25 years, has been appointed CEO. Jeff Agranoff has also been named COO. In addition, the firm announced that it has admitted four new partners.

While serving as MP, Madnick led Friedman’s expansion to eight locations and 350 employees. Madnick will continue to guide the firm and support the management responsibilities of Greenberg and Berk.

Our executive leadership team will be in excellent hands with Bruce Madnick’s continued stewardship as CEO, while Fred Berk and I work together in our co-management roles,” says Greenberg. “I’m also very pleased that we have such a capable COO in Jeff Agranoff.”

The current management team is extremely capable and poised to provide an excellent future for the firm.”

Friedman also announced that four of their senior accounting professionals have been admitted as partners: Diane Gitto (Linwood, N.J.); Jerald Jacobik (New York); Seth Marin (Long Island, N.Y.); and Justin Van Fleet (Marlton, N.J.).
