Carr Riggs & Ingram Admits 12 New Partners

Enterprise, Ala.-based Carr Riggs & Ingram LLC (CRI) (FY13 net revenue of $161.3 million) has admitted 12 to partner.

Chad Sexton has more than 14 years of experience and focuses on providing auditing services to a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, construction and health care.

Mac Smith provides more than 20 years of public accounting experience specializing in SALT, tax planning and consulting services. His clients extend across a number of industries including professional service firms, not-for-profit organizations and real estate entities—as well as other closely-held businesses and their owners.

Robbie Rice provides tax compliance and planning services to closely held business with an emphasis in the construction, hospitality and professional services sectors. He also provides client accounting outsourcing services designed to act as an entire accounting department or to supplement an existing structure by providing a higher level of accounting support.

James Weber concentrates on providing tax planning, compliance, consulting and estate planning services to closely held businesses and their owners.

Ana Gallardo delivers auditing and consulting services to construction entities, condominium and homeowner associations and not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, she offers specialized knowledge in the area of employee benefit plan audits to plan types including defined benefit plans and defined contribution plans (401k and 403b).

Greg Derrick has more than 20 years of audit experience in public and private sector accounting focusing on agreed-upon procedures, financial statement audits and internal audits. His industries of specialization include financial institutions, government services and manufacturing and distribution.

Yvonne Clayborne has more than 22 years of experience focusing on providing audit and other assurance services to local governmental entities, condominium and homeowners associations, closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

Christine Noll-Rhan serves government contractors, local governments and not-for-profits organizations. She has in-depth knowledge of federal and state single audits, financial reporting and employee benefit plan audits.

Michael Gould provides audit, review and compilation services to construction entities, not-for-profit organizations and health care companies. Additionally, he prepares Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for a variety of health care organizations.
