Pertman Joins CohnReznick as Hospitality Consulting Director

New York-based CohnReznick LLP (FY14 net revenue of $508.2 million) announced that Henry Pertman has been admitted to the firm as director of hospitality consulting. In this role, he will deliver CohnReznick’s hospitality consulting services in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Located in the firm’s Baltimore, Md., office, Pertman specializes in front- and back-of-the-house management and training, business analytics, point-of-sale maximization, hospitality marketing, food and beverage controls, inventory management, customer service training and kitchen flow.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Pertman served as a senior sales manager with Oracle MICROS where he assisted hospitality businesses with overall operational efficiencies, specifically dealing with technology solutions. Prior to his career at MICROS, he owned, operated, managed and held the title of executive chef at several metropolitan-area restaurants.
