O’Connor Davies Bolsters Senior Management Team to Support Growth

Harrison, N.Y.-based O’Connor Davies LLP (FY13 net revenue of $98 million) announced the appointment of five senior executives across functions as the firm continues to build out its infrastructure and service team to support its unprecedented growth.

The full-service firm has increased its employee base from 399 to 550 in the last 24 months across a variety of specialty practices and now has eight offices in four states with its most recent expansion into the Washington D.C. market.

O’Connor Davies announced the following appointments:

    • Walter Brasch, partner and chief business development officer, formerly regional MP at Baker Tilly, brings more than 40 years of experience in public accounting and more than 20 years of CPA firm management and business development experience to his role at O’Connor Davies.
    • Freddy Delacruz, chief information officer, is a seasoned information technology executive with 18 years of experience in a public accounting environment. He most recently served as chief technology officer at CohnReznick where he was responsible for the technology vision and planning process.
    • Kathleen O’Toole, chief marketing officer, previously chief marketing officer at Rothstein Kass, has more than 20 years of experience in driving market share and revenue increases at leading financial and professional services companies with expertise in B2B and B2C strategy, analysis and solutioning.
    • Gigi Eggers, principal, has more than 25 years of public and private accounting experience with 20 years of expertise in the affordable housing industry. She held two director positions during her 8 years at Enterprise Community Investment where she initially headed up the tax and regional accounting department responsible for reviewing over 1,700 audits and tax returns, and closed out her time as the head of technical and accounting review serving as a resource for the entire company.
    • Carrie Gardi, director of marketing, brings more than 20 years of marketing and strategic communications experience to O’Connor Davies with proven success in driving business at top-tier professional and financial services firms. She previously served as director of industries marketing at KPMG.
