Grant Thornton’s Philadelphia Office Admits Epperson as Partner

Chicago-based Grant Thornton LLP (FY13 net revenue of $1.3 billion) admitted Jim Epperson as audit partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office effective Aug. 1. The firm also promoted Candice Polsky to SALT managing director and Chris Steinhardt to advisory services managing director. Across the firm, Grant Thornton admitted 32 new partners and principals and promoted 21 professionals to managing director.

Epperson joined the firm in 1998 and has more than 15 years of experience providing audit and assurance services for clients within various industries including manufacturing and distribution, life sciences and bio tech, software and real estate. He serves both public and private companies ranging from initial start-up enterprises to large companies with significant international operations.
