Grassi & Co. & The Hochman Practice Group Combine to Expand Services and Geographical Reach

New York-based The Hochman Practice Group has joined New York-based Grassi & Co. (FY14 net revenue of $40.9 million) and will operate under the Grassi & Co. name going forward.

The teams decided to merge to provide increased skills and technical expertise as well as a wider array of services and new opportunities to their clients, while also expanding their geographical reach. The combination of teams will also provide the firm’s professional staff with continued opportunities for career development and growth, as Grassi & Co. is consistently exploring and capitalizing on opportunities to expand its presence and capabilities in the region.

The Hochman Practice Group’s expertise lies in a variety of industry segments, including construction and real estate, and consists of four partners. In addition to the partners, approximately 30 other professionals will be joining Grassi & Co. The firm will continue to operate out of its New City, N.Y., location, increasing the number of Grassi & Co. offices to three in the region.
