Frazier & Deeter Opens Tampa Office

Atlanta-based Frazier & Deeter (FY13 net revenue of $53 million) has entered the Tampa, Fla., market by acquiring Tampa firm Kingery & Crouse, the Tampa Bay Business Journal reported.

Partners at Kingery & Crouse will become partners at Frazier & Deeter, the newspaper said. Kingery will become MP of Frazier & Deeter’s Tampa office.

“The Tampa market represents a vibrant, growing business environment and we are truly excited to be joining the professional community,” says Seth McDaniel, MP of Frazier & Deeter. “By establishing our Tampa office, Frazier & Deeter will now have a presence in three states across the Southeast, enabling us to better serve our clients across the region and the country.”

The Business Journal reported that the firms, which share similar types of clients, worked together through their association with PKF International. McDaniel told the paper that the goal is to double the size of the office in two or three years.

“Frazier & Deeter has a great reputation for audit, tax and consulting expertise, and is equally committed to exceptional client service and the development and retention of their staff,” says Mark Kingery, the co-founder and MP of Kingery & Crouse. “We also believe our clients will benefit from the expanded service offerings that we will be able to provide as part of a larger firm.”
