KPMG Acquires Digital Mobility Company Cynergy Systems 

New York-based KPMG LLP (FY12 net revenue of $5.8 billion) acquired Cynergy Systems, Inc., of Baltimore, to help businesses capitalize on opportunities provided by digital and mobile technologies.

EKS&H Acquires Infolink Consulting

Denver-based EKS&H (FY12 net revenue of $63.4 million), an IPA 100 firm, acquired technology company Infolink Consulting of Denver.

The merger brings all of Infolink’s employees to work in EKS&H’s business technology services consulting group. Infolink will operate under the EKS&H name.

Infolink builds and directs business analytics and data integration departments for major organizations in a variety of industries including education, hospitality, distribution, health care, banking, oil and gas, manufacturing and the public sector.

JM Green CPA Group Joins Meaden & Moore

Cleveland-based Meaden & Moore acquired JM Green CPA Group (FY12 net revenue of $1.2 million) of Beachwood, Ohio, in February.  The Beachwood office will become Meaden & Moore’s fourth location in Northeast Ohio and 13th location nationally.

NSBN Announces Merger with Zusman & Associates

NSBN LLP (FY13 net revenue of $13.6 million) of Beverly Hills, Calif. has announced a merger with Zusman & Associates LLP of Ojai, Calif.  The firm will operate as NSBN LLP.

Alan Zusman and Pamela Zusman have joined NSBN as partners.  Zusman & Associates brings experience serving the medical industry, health care providers and entrepreneurial businesses.
