GBH and Prather Kalman Merge

GBH CPAs of Houston (FY12 net revenue of $3.4 million) and Prather Kalman, also of Houston, have merged their practices under the GBH name effective Jan. 1. The new firm will have about 40 employees.

“Given our complementary strengths in public and private business and our shared vision, we look forward to deploying our larger combined resources to the marketplace,” GBH CEO Jeff Houston said in a statement. “Prather Kalman significantly broadens our tax advisory practice and brings us new service lines in its valuation, litigation support and consulting practices.”
