Cleveland Firm Admits Two as Partners

Cleveland-based Howard, Wershbale & Co. (FY12 net revenue of $14.5 million), which recently rebanded, HW&Co., announced that Anthony S. Lanasa and John P. Krizansky have been admitted as principals.

Lanasa’s expertise includes skilled nursing facilities and continuing care retirement communities, manufacturers, real estate, HUD-financed projects and employee benefit plans, among others. Krizansky’s experience includes working with assisted living and long-term care facilities, hospitals and health systems, manufacturers, retailers and HUD-financed projects, among others.

The firm has made a number of internal and external changes recently, such as the recent merger with Mentor, Ohio-based Deimling Forbes, the promotion of staff members, the addition of new employees, added construction and real estate practice, and new Mentor office, which brings the total number of offices to three – with headquarters in Beachwood, Ohio, and Columbus, Ohio, which opened seven years ago.
