Armanino Buys Rose Business Solutions

San Ramon, Calif.-based Armanino LLP (FY12 net revenue of $99.8 million) has purchased Rose Business Solutions, which in effect combines the Microsoft Dynamics consulting and reselling businesses. Under the arrangement, Armanino will take on 10 (or half) of Rose’s staff and about 250 Dynamics customers. Rose Business Solutions has represented Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM as a consultant and reseller for over two decades. Rose Business Solutions and Armanino are both recognized as Microsoft Inner Circle members, which represents the top one percent of Microsoft Dynamics partners in the world.

The consultants joining Armanino will remain at Rose’s San Diego office, while the remaining staff, as well as chief executive Linda Rose, will continue at RoseASP, a Dynamics hosting business Rose started in 2000. Armanino has also signed a strategic partnership agreement with RoseASP to provide hosting services to its clients. Armanino is a partner for Microsoft Dynamics GP, AX and CRM as well as Intacct and Adaptive Planning.

“Over the years, I have been approached many times to merge with other firms,” Rose said. “What attracted me to Armanino is that their core accounting background combined with their extensive Dynamics product knowledge and progressive organization will expand our consultants’ ability to deliver solutions and benefit Rose’s existing clients.”
