SS&G Completes Leadership Transition Process, Littman Becomes CEO

Cleveland-based SS&G (FY11 net revenue of $67.08 million) has announced that the firm has finalized its 16-month leadership transition with Robert M. Littman becoming the firm’s CEO, overseeing day-to-day operations. Gary S. Shamis, who has had this responsibility since 1986, will become senior managing director of SS&G and focus on the continued execution of the firm’s expansion plans and growth initiatives. Shamis will remain president of SS&G, Inc. and will continue to serve on the firm’s executive and finance committees. Mark A. Goldfarb becomes the firm’s senior managing director and maintains co-supervision of SS&G’s Akron office while continuing to serve on the firm’s finance and executive committees.
