CPA Consultants’ Alliance Forms To Share Solutions

Sixteen consultants have formed The CPA Consultants’ Alliance (CPACA) to explore leadership issues and develop and share solutions to benefit practitioners. CPACA President Sandra Wiley says, “Realizing that our industry is in the midst of tremendous change and transition, our quest is to work in tandem to increase intellectual capital exponentially through our combined thought leadership to find answers to our ongoing leadership challenges.”

CPACA plans to release a research study and commentary on opportunities and challenges facing the profession, based on a survey of more than 750 CPAs. The white paper, the first of many tools to be released in the coming months, combines research and findings on leadership best practices.

“The old saying that ‘two heads are better than one’ will be blown out of the water with 16 minds in the game,” Wiley says. “Our reality is that change is inevitable. Our hope is that we will affect that change to be extremely positive.”
