NASBA, AICPA Launch CPAmobility.org

The National Association of State Boards of Accountancy and the American Institute of CPAs have launched CPAmobility.org. The bodies say the online tool is designed to help CPAs navigate practice privilege requirements that enable them to more easily practice across state borders.

CPAmobility.org provides information regarding practice privilege requirements for CPAs, commonly referred to as “mobility” laws, for all 50 states and five U.S jurisdictions.

Visitors can ascertain whether their home state registrations are mobile and allow them to work in other jurisdictions without additional notice, or whether further paperwork is required.
