LarsonAllen Acquires St. Louis Firm

Minneapolis-based LarsonAllen (FY08 net revenue of $201.1 million) acquired the St. Louis-based firm of Ganim, Meder, Childers & Hoering (estimated net revenues of $7.5 million).

“Their client base is similar to our in size,” GMC&H partner Edward Hoering, says. “It is still a small-firm culture, however, they give us the resources we need for a lot of industry specialization in the health care field, in construction, in manufacturing and it really brings us a lot of resources that we can bring to our clients while their structure and culture is the same that we already had.”

GMC&H’s 70 employees will be retained and the newly merged company will be known as LarsonAllen and have 150 employees on both sides of the Mississippi River and 1,500 nationwide.
